Dr. Michelle E. Agazzi grew up in Palo Alto, California, and graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences. After attending Northwestern University’s four year Dental School Program in Chicago, Illinois, she earned her D.D.S. degree (Doctorate of Dental Surgery). Dr. Agazzi then moved to Seattle, Washington and attended the University of Washington where she obtained her Master’s of Science in Dentistry degree and Certificate of Specialty Training in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics.
With over 20 years in orthodontic practice in Oakland, Dr. Agazzi has the experience to treat a wide variety of complex cases. She excels in treating children and adults using interceptive, comprehensive or limited treatment plans depending on her patients’ needs and desires.
Dr. Agazzi is an active volunteer in the local dental community. A past president of the Alameda County Dental Society, Dr. Agazzi is an active member of the Kaiser Oakland Craniofacial Panel treating patients with cleft palate and other craniofacial deformities. In addition, Dr. Agazzi volunteers at the annual “Give Kids a Smile” event at Eastmont Wellness Center providing free dental care for underserved children.
Dr. Agazzi and her husband, Steve, have two children, Daniel and Sabrina. When she is not taking care of her patients, Dr. Agazzi enjoys spending time with her family, making crafts, and international cooking.
