Dr. Kristin Dumboski Clark was born and raised in North Little Rock, Arkansas. She graduated from Mount Saint Mary Academy in 2001. She attended the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville from 2001-2005 and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. In 2005, Dr. Clark was accepted into The University of Tennessee College of Dentistry located in Memphis, Tennessee. In 2009, she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and graduated with high honors. After completion of her dental degree, Dr. Clark continued her education at The University of Iowa in Iowa City, Iowa. In 2011, she completed her Master of Science degree in Orthodontics and also earned her Certificate in Orthodontics.
Dr. Clark became a board certified orthodontist and a member of the College of Diplomates of the American Board of Orthodontics in 2012. Becoming board certified is optional and takes many years of rigorous training and research. Board certification is the American Association of Orthodontists’ highest level of achievement, and only a small percentage of orthodontists earn this distinction.
Dr. Clark has been married to her dental school sweetheart, Dr. J. Nicholas Clark, for almost eleven years. They have an energetic, bright, and sassy five year old girl named Ellison and a thirteen year old Shih-tzu named Sue-E. Dr. Clark also spends time volunteering for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. This organization is committed to bringing joy to children with life-threatening medical conditions. In addition, both are devoted Arkansas Razorback fans. They love attending football, basketball, and baseball games each season. Kristin looks forward to serving the North Little Rock community, a place she has always called home.
