Dr. Lach has practiced as a specialist in Orthodontics in the Orlando area for over 25 years and over that time he has helped transform nearly 20,000 beautiful new smiles. Dr. Lach is a strong supporter of our community and our schools and has sponsored hundreds of events and athletic teams for schoolchildren, parent/teacher organizations, and local charity events. Dr. Lach has also reached out to many underprivileged families in our area by starting his own charity known as the Smiles for Hope Foundation. which provides needy families and children in the area with a beautiful new smile, who otherwise would not have that opportunity.

Dr. Lach spends on average 50-100 hours in advanced continuing education each year and has been a significant part of many innovative advances in the specialty field of orthodontics. He was the first doctor in the area to bring futuristic 3D scanning, printing, and high tech robotics to his Central Florida practice. He was also one of the first doctor specialists in the area to work with Invisalign and since then has become one of the area’s only Elite preferred Invisalign Specialists, which is a designation awarded to the top 1% of doctors in the world with the highest level of training and expertise with Invisalign. Dr. Lach also has had the experience of teaching orthodontics to dental students at the University of Florida College of Dentistry as an assistant professor of orthodontics.
Dr. Lach grew up in a small Midwest town near Akron, Ohio, and has a younger brother and older sister, mother and father, and lots of aunts and uncles and cousins all living in the area. He and his wife, Hope, have three children named Grant, Bryce and Emmie, a golden retriever named Sanford, a Jack Russell terrier named Fee Fee, and 2 cats named Lolly and Pop. Dr. Lach is a very active outdoorsman and a former Division 1 and semiprofessional soccer player, and also enjoys waterskiing, boating, golfing, and just relaxing and spending time at the beach with his family.
