Dr. Bruce Scarola is a compassionate and experienced clinician who is fully devoted to providing his patients with orthodontic care second to none. The only thing more important to him than the smiles that he creates is the relationship that he forms with each of his patients and their families.
Dr. Scarola has been practicing in Brandon for over 30 years and has remained a pillar of the community during this time. He feels a resounding sense of pride and accomplishment that he has had the privilege of treating generations of families in this community and the surrounding areas. Dr. Scarola has recently partnered with Dietrich & Kelso Orthodontics and is confident that this relationship will allow him to continue to provide care to the community that he cherishes at the highest level possible for years to come.
At the University of Florida, Dr. Scarola graduated at the top of his class and was selected to the Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU) National Dental Honor Society, which is bestowed upon those with the highest achievements in dental scholarship, professionalism and ethics. He has remained committed to education during his career. Upon graduation from dental school he was appointed assistant clinical instructor in the Department of Operative Dentistry at the University of Florida College of Dentistry and has been on the faculty of both the University of Florida College of Dentistry Department of Orthodontics, as well as the University of South Florida Department of Plastic Surgery as a member of the craniofacial rehabilitation team.
Dr. Scarola is a Tampa native who returned to the area after completing his education. He graduated from Jesuit High School in 1976. Outside of the office, He enjoys spending time with his wife, Mary, their two daughters and grandson. Dr. Scarola enjoys all things related to sports and is a huge Notre Dame fan. He and his wife are avid travellers and one of their favorite places in the world to visit is Italy, where Dr. Scarola visits family every year. He is excited to continue on his legacy alongside Dr. Dietrich and Dr. Kelso!
